Instrcutions for Editing or Commenting this Whitepaper Content

Please add content to this paper as desired. You will have to login to the SIF area of this twiki to contribute, so if you don't already have an account, please contact Steve Browdy or David Arctur so we can get you setup. In order to contribute, first login to the SIF area of the twiki, then navigate to this page, and click on 'Edit.'

Once you have entered the edit area for this page, you will see edit instructions at the top of the page. You can follow these if you need asistance with how to add certain things to the whitepaper. Most general content can just be typed onto the page. The one issue that needs special instructions is adding or responding to comments, like you would do in a Word document. Unfortunately, the twiki has no functionality like this. So, in order to do this, please add your comments or responses to comments as follows:
  1. If you are adding an original comment, add it at the end of the text you are commenting on with the following syntax (initials followed by a colon, followed by the comment, and enclosed in square brackets: [SFB: I have these points to make...]
  2. Also, make sure the comment sections are red, which you can achieve by highlighting the comment and using the text color tool inthe edit menu.
  3. If you are adding a response to a comment, you can add it right after the existing comment section as follows: [SFB: I have these points to make...][AB: I don't agree with your second point.]
