SIF has workshop session 5, Aspects of Interop & Resource Discovery
  • This session will look into areas of promise with respect to multidisciplinary interoperability and discovery of Earth observation resources. Linked data, unique identifiers, and resource casting will be discussed generally and with regards to Model Web and Sensor Web efforts. There will also be discussions of semantics as it applies to interoperability, brokering concepts, and examples of operational networks, such as Polar Data Network.

Agenda for session 5, Wed 27 March, 13:00-17:00 EDT
