Known issues will be introduced and discussed, especially with regards to the Data Management Principles introduced in this workshop. The questions, "What technical gaps exist that require evolution in order to realize the desired benefits of the GEOSS and GCI?", and "How can GEOSS and the GCI evolve to support compliance with, and use of, the Data Management Principles introduced in this workshop.</td> <td style='border-color: #000000; border-style: solid; border-width: 1px;'> 1. The SIF plans to have a 2016 workshop. ---++ 2013 - GEOSS Future Products Workshop The SIF has held 2-day annual workshops many times since 2009, to explore themes of interest for its continuing and planned activities. The Fall 2012 workshop was deferred to March 2013, due to the confluence of topics and opportunity to contribute to the [[http://www.ogcnetwork.net/node/1872][GEOSS Future Products Workshop]], held at NOAA near Washington DC. The GEOSS AIP-6 kickoff was also conducted immediately after the workshop.
